As part of our renewed B2B service, we have introduced our own business ordering environment. This makes ordering, reordering and processing business orders faster, clearer and easier.
Existing Rapide retailers also need to register once in our new business ordering environment.
Please use the business email address already known to Rapide. After verification, your account will be connected to the business details, prices and conditions that apply to your company.
Do you have a shop, webshop or another professional business and would you like to add Rapide products to your range? Complete the business registration form.
Every application is reviewed manually. Completing the form therefore does not automatically grant access to the business ordering environment.
REGISTRATION
Registration only takes a few minutes. After your application has been reviewed, you will receive access to the business ordering environment.
Enter the email address you want to use for your Rapide business account.
Enter your company and contact details, billing and delivery address, and VAT identification number.
Our team checks the submitted information and will contact you if any additional details are required.
After approval, you receive access to the business ordering environment and the B2B prices that apply to your account.
NEW B2B ENVIRONMENT
Our new B2B environment is currently in the introduction and optimisation phase.
The environment can already be used to place business orders, but some parts may still be improved further. We therefore warmly welcome all experiences, comments and suggestions.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The business prices, minimum quantities and ordering conditions that apply to your account are shown with the relevant products and during the ordering process in the B2B environment.
A minimum order value of €300 applies to all B2B orders. Many products are sold by the box or in a fixed pack unit. Selected products also automatically receive a 5% volume discount from 20 boxes of the same product.
